Some people are snobs. I suggest calling ahead for pickup. Fresh made wings take about fifteen minutes minimum. I have only eaten here four times but that has more to do with my wife keeping me in line on my diet and not wanting to drive more than a mile from where I live. The wings are above average and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a counter and about five tables so pickup is the way to go. Parking is easy on the side streets.
Avoid!

Decided to give it a shot after hearing good things on Citysearch. Went on a Sunday around 6 PM. Waited over an HOUR before our order was ready (two sandwiches and wings). The other people there seemed to have similiar wait times. The food itself was pretty disappointing. I will not be back.

I was craving hoagies and this place was great. Go with the original: Steak and Onions or the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. They people were very nice and the hoagies were innexpensive. I would definitely go back again.
Not the best by any stretch of the imagination

I heard about all the Citysearch hype and was excited to try out both the wings and the sandwiches - I am an armchair expert on both after all. Unfortunately, they don't have the best of either. I've been back a few times since I just moved in down the street - I figured I should give them more than one chance. The sandwiches are just ok - the cheesesteak is unimpressive but the chicken sandwiches show some promise. They are usually swimming in sauce though. I recommend ordering your sandwich dry and getting the sauce on the side. The wings on the other hand, are very disappointing. The traditional buffalo style are the best of their choices but again, are oversauced. This is probably because they cook the wings to a bone-dry consistency. This really shows in the other flavors that don't have sauces. The lemon pepper and the rest are all way too dry and way too salty. Oh, and don't ever order fries from this place. It's $1.75 for a tiny tray of what appear to be rejects from the french fry manufacturer - all bits and pieces. Overall, a very disappointing restaurant especially considering all of the "Best of" prizes they have won. This review is specific to the La Cienega location - who knows, maybe the one on Venice deserves the hype?
Pros: Free delivery, easy parking
Cons: Mediocre food, slow service
