I went to Johnny and his team last year at my Insurance company's suggestion (I saved on my deductable that way!) and was really impressed from start to finish with BH Body & Paint. They were helpful and courteous from the moment I called. They even stayed late a couple nights to give me time to drive over after work so I didn't have to lose time at the office. And while they don't have a "formal" shuttle service, they were kind enough to give me a ride back to Brentwood anyway. They even have an Enterprise rental car office ON SITE!
The work performed was great, and while you can probably find someone cheaper in LA, I'd prefer to take it to Johnny and know the work will be done right the first time.
Pros: good people, clean, timely, trustworthy
Cons: no formal shuttle service
Terrible service they charged me 45$/day for storage alone

Somebody hit my car in the bumper. I found their body shop on google and I sent my car for repair. It was sitting there for 8 days, then I got a call from them saying that there is non-related damage in the bumper frame so the insurance company won't pay for that. So I have to pay additional 1500$ out of my own pocket. I said what if don't want to repair and just take it back. Here is the number they come out that I have to pay to get the EXACTLY SAME car after 8 days: $650, including 140$ for "Tear down", 150$ for "Administration fee" and 360$ for "Storage fee"! That's 45$ per day! So be careful folks when you send your car to this body shop. Don't let it sit there for too long, since you may lose 45$ every day for storage alone.
Btw, people there are extremely nice when I first went there for car repair, but are totally different when I complained to them for the 650$ bill. So be cautious.
Good experience every time

I have long commute and really need my car on a dily basis. Unfortunately, this puts me on the road all the time and I have had a few fender benders. The body shop I keep coming back to is Beverly Hills Body and Paint. They have done a beautiful job on my SUV every time. Johnny and his staff have been kind and have gone out of their way to be there for a car pick-up and drop off. Ok maybe it's not exactly in Beverly Hills, but the cars I see them working on look like they belong in Beverly Hills. When I want body work done on my car, this is where I take my car. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine have always been.
Pros: yes i got honest treatment every time
Cons: none...really

I've taken my car into Beverly Hills Body & Paint a few times and I've been very happy with the services I've received. No one ever wants to have their car worked on because its expensive, inconvenient, and confusing but these guys really help to fix all of those issues. Johnny, the owner, is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He personally took the time to explain what was wrong and what they were going to fix, helped me secure a rental car while they worked on my car, and was able to give me a very fair price for the repairs (and I always shop around!).
Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent and would recommend Bev Body & Paint to anyone looking for qualified, honest, car repair people. I even spoke with some of the mechanics and a few of them have worked there for over 23 years! You know they must like who they work for and take pride in their work if they're there that long!
Pros: Helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, HONEST
Cons: none
