This store opened for business franchised to sell Pontiac Buick GMC by the Good Family on December 16th 1997. The business is now scheduled to close its door on Friday, March 07, 2008 .

This dealer has a problem delivering the services promised with a car purchase. Wasted my whole weekend with multiple reschedulings for service that was ultimately delivered (three days later) but still late, even after the fourth rescheduling and an absolute guarantee that the service would be done and done on time by Rudy the sales manager.
This is my initial experience with Peninsula Pontiac and it has been frustrating at best. I would not recommend this dealership
Pros: Matthew was a great low pressure sales person.
Cons: Customer service,customer service, customer service.
