Miller Infiniti of Van Nuys, CA does not pay small claims judgements levied against them. On June 24, 2008 malibu small claims court (case # mal08X00088) awarded $1325 to Skipper M. Farley plus $40 court fees. Miller Infiniti of Van Nuys, CA hides behind their corporate shield and refuses to acknowledge this debt. A blatant example of their lack of ethics and fair business practices.

Cons: Have not paid my court case!

Beyond Excellent Service!

Usually I have my boyfriend service my car since he’s a mechanic. However, since he was out of town for awhile, I had to resort to a car dealership to do the dirty work. Going in, I knew I had a few issues with my car but I was slightly hesitant as to how much I was going to get charged and if I was going to be tricked. To my surprise, Miller Infiniti was really honest. They told me exactly what needed to be done and apparently gave it to me at a reasonable rate. When my bf came home, I told him what was done and how much it cost and he was surprised. He checked out my car and verified that everything was done exceptionally well and that I wasn’t ripped off. He even commended them for being so upfront about everything. Props to Miller Infiniti! If I ever need to have anything else done, I’ll probably save my bf the trouble and go to Miller Infiniti now that I know I can trust them. Thank you Miller Infiniti!

Pros: friendly and doesn't rip you off

Cons: nothing

Miller Infiniti was awesome when it first opened. The past few years it has deteriorated significantly. Today I took my car for service and had an issue where the service manager started arguing with me. I drove my car 2000 miles since my last service June 2007 and bought a brand new alternator then and today they told me my alternator has been shorting out from a loose leaking hose and so I need to purchase another one since it's out of warranty. Totally arrogant about it and I no longer can recommend this dealership with its management. Other than one service person there John Flanagan, who has been there since day one, it's like going to the post office - you need us more than we need you. Even the DMV got better but this is one dealership that has unfortunately deteriorated.
