Jumps the gun - poor technical operation You have to know that this segment of the software field is both complex and competative. Iolo has had many false starts with integrating tools (Panda and Kaspersy) but falls on its sword with its own integrated virus and firewall tools. If its technical support were better it might help compensate for jthe jumping the gun mentality its management team has shown in the past. You cannot get to any Sr management personel if you would like to make suggestions or complaints. It is apparent that this is a management team is desperate need of an overhaul. BTW you will find that the integration problems with the newest SM7 Pro will possibly cost you masny hours of problem solving from complicated firewall settings to poor email antivirus integration and the de-install will leave many legacy files in the registry to further plague the use of this product. As I said, if there were better tech support available this might not be so bad. But then again, if the tech support were better you would probably find a competant management team that would know how to thoroughly develop and test products BEFORE their release. Let the buyer beware.
