The Jeff Jensen Band was formed May of 2004. Since then, the band has performed hundreds of gigs. Some of the most impressive have been with Deborah Coleman, Paul Oscher, John "Juke" Logan and blues legend BB KING as part of his 80th birthday tour. The band has competed in the International Blues Challenge held in Memphis for the past 3 years - 2005 representing the Santa Clarita Blues Society, 2006 representing the Pinetop Perkins Blues Society and again in 2007 with Santa Clarita Blues Society.

The Jeff Jensen Band finished their debut album "Self Titled" and released it on March 31st 2007 in a multimedia event that was streamed live over the internet . With over a dozen musicians contributing to the album, it really took on a personality and life of its own. This album defines the agenda and sound the band was going for. Produced by Jeff Jensen and Nate LaPointe, the album features almost all original songs, and is presently climbing the Billboard Blues Charts and is currently being played on over 200 radio stations in the US and abroad, as well as XM & SIRIUS sattelite radio.
